Trusted Master Data serves reference vocabularies published by third parties. This notice records where that data comes from, the licence each source is used under, and the obligations that come with it.
The complete versioned inventory of every published source - its licence, its retention, and when it is next reviewed - is served at /eligibility/public-data-inventory. That document, not this page, is authoritative for what is published at any moment.

Licence: CC0 1.0 Universal. IANA's licensing terms: https://www.iana.org/help/licensing-terms
CC0 places the registry in the public domain and requires no attribution. It is named here anyway, because knowing the provenance of data you have paid for is worth more than the licence obliges.

CLDR's values are keyed by identifiers CLDR itself draws from ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 and UN M.49 for territories, BCP 47 and ISO 639 for languages, and ISO 4217 for currencies. What is served here is CLDR's data under CLDR's licence. It is not sourced from, endorsed by, or licensed by ISO.
WHAT THIS DATA IS, AND IS NOT
Values are served as their sources publish them, with provenance and licence carried on every record. Where a source states no definition, or no validity interval for a value, the served record says so explicitly rather than inferring one.
Nothing in this notice is a warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. The terms governing a call to a priced operation are served at /legal/paid-public-data-terms. A paid call names its governing version in its payment challenge; a call served free during a promotional period receives no challenge and is governed by the version in force when it is served.
